WHY?!

I'm having problems with my health insurance and it's not my fault! I sent the check in properly, I did EVERYTHING right and it's CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE MY FUCKING CONTROL like the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and OTHER THINGS that are getting me into trouble!

Only a few things can be done at a time like this.

1. Cry.
2. Scream, "BARROWMAN!" and *SHAKES FIST*
3. Cry moar.

Well, to be fair, Neil Patrick Harris (or, that is to say, Dr Horrible) is far more likely to mess around with the USPS ...
