Don't Panic!

I might graduate this term. Or I might graduate in December, which was my original plan. Why? I might have an internship. MIGHT. I already had one phone interview which I thought I did well on but maybe I was just too nervous and said something weird! AAAGHHH! *tears hair out* School started today and I'm supposed to have a full term of classes since the internships I applied for are credit.

If I graduate this term, I have to:
1. Make a website.
2. Work on a term long side project for portfolio.
3. Start looking into wall space for Grad Show, which means:
- Design and decide on what to put up for wallspace
- Research print companies to print out HUGE PIECES OF ARTWORK
- Research ways on how to display said artwork
4. Do final version of portfolio.
5. Start interviews. *PANICS*
6. Research employment opportunities.

If I don't graduate this term, I was planning to:
1. INTERNSHIP NETWORKING-NESS.
2. Learn Maya. Always good to know even though I'm quite positive I'll HATE IT WITH A PASSION.
3. Work on term long side project for portfolio and make it EVEN BETTER because I'd have two terms to work on it!
4. Start researching companies I'd be interested in working for.
5. Make a website.
6. Improve writing skills.

I was thinking about making an art journal. Just post art, maybe take in commissions now and then AND NOW I DON'T KNOOOOOOW! My parents want me to graduate SOON because my schooling is so expensive but I had it all set up to graduate in December. Perhaps I was counting my chickens before they hatched, but it was mostly just to plan things out. Rawr, school just started today and I'm already freaking out.

*BAWLS* I'm going to go watch Ouran High School Host Club! T_T Tamaki-sama, comfort meeeeee~

If it makes you feel any better, I'm in a similar boat, only for me, it's papers instead of artwork, and I really need to find a job because I'm definitely graduating this June. ::sobs:: Why are there no good field work jobs with health benefits?!

oops

I probably should have signed that comment. But you probably figured out it was me. I'm not sure how many of your other graduating friends are looking for field work jobs, but I'd imagine not many.

Apparently, a lot of my friends are taking a vacation. Four hard years at our school? Everyone's half dead and zombie-ing out. -_-

*snog* The real world is scary, it seems. Good thing there are plenty of happy things in life that can always help you get your mind off of things, like, oh, ME! :D

Not required although it is encourged... but my school works on a different schedule than like... EVERYWHERE so they're very particular about which companies we can intern for. Mine I found outside of school and I need to let my school know soon if I got in... but I don't know when I'll know X_X
