Good idea: Getting a hair cut and donating the hair to Locks of Love.

Bad idea: Getting dragged to the Korean hair salon Mom goes to while being half asleep and only knowing that people are cutting my hair.

It's not bad, it's actually a perfectly cute hair style, but it's booooooring. Boring boring boring. I look like Ock Juhyun from Fin.K.L. when the group first debuted. And because of how think my hair is and how symmetrical the cut is, it's poofy. I need layers and highlights (purple ones!) STAT! Kat needs to fly to California so she can cut my hair :P

It's a lot of fun looking at punk hair styles, a lot of the ones I saw I probably would neeever get and the hair looks really stringy and dead (and no Betty Page bangs!) I did see a few cute ones here and there, as well as ideas for highlights so I think I have a pretty clear idea of what I want. Now to find a salon that could actually work with my hair, no more Korean salons for me! XP

Try Du Japon Hair Club, I think they're really good. They have one in Little Tokyo or W. LA. I told them to thin it out with layers on the bottom too because my hair had too much volume on the bottom.

I think I'm going to check out various salons in Pasadena, I'm eyeing one called 'Alter Ego' on Union street. You did tell me I should go emo because I'm in art school, and now that I'm out, I think I'm finally getting there! XD

yeah, I'd troll through community.livejournal.com/mad_rad_hair 's hairfiles in the info for ideas, but that's because I dig scene hair.
