This is Not the End of Me!
Cheerio wasn't so far off. XD
Mostly I'm being a bit sulky for tomorrow marks the beginning of the end of my internship. After this week and next week, there shall be no more Nickelodeon for... who knows how long. I'm really sad that it's ending, I had so much fun being part of such an amazing work place. There's this genuine sincerety at that place, everyone loves being there, they love their jobs, and everyone treats each other well. As an intern, I was part of the lowest of the low, but I was open to walk around, explore, ask questions and learn, and everyone I met has been always open to giving me advice, looking at my portfolio, and making sure that I walk away with a little something. I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences in my entire life and if anyone was considering interning there, I would practically kick them in that studio's direction. I was given food, advice, comfort, friendship, artistic inspiration, and experience, all in exchange for making a few photocopies, organizing things, and taking phone calls! My department was wonderful to work for and all the people who are part of that department have become very special to me and I admire them and their work so much.
So I'm sad to be leaving and I'm hoping that I'll be able to return someday to stay there. It might not be soon and it might be far away, but this is not the end of me!
