HEE! Enchanted!

Soooooo waiting for this movie to come out! It's going to be fantastic to see Disney slowly start doing 2D animation again. For this movie, the ten minutes of animation were done by James Baxter Animation Studios led by James Baxter who was a former Disney and Dreamworks animator. The story looks like it'll be really funny, it has a good cast, and all the musical numbers are done by Alan Menken and Steven Schwartz. :D

Enchanted started off looking really cliche' as an animated movie.. and now I think it's just a really bad idea with the live action cross-over. I'm glad they're doing some 2D again.. but I wouldn't want to see the movie..

I think it's interesting that it's part live action because they haven't done something like that in a while, the last one I remember was 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit?' After this, there's 'The Frog Princess' with the first black Disney Princess so that's probably even more cliche than 'Enchanted' which makes fun of the cliche.

Roger Rabbit actually had a good concept tho.. I dunno I get horrible flashbacks of things like Cool World. haha

My question is: why not just do a really good 2D animated film again instead of this?

That's actually why I'm excited about it: because it's silly. XD From what I've read, the studio even knows it's silly to the point that they're parodying themselves. It's kind of fun to see from a studio that takes itself so seriously.
