I made a hoodie! And I took pics of my purse~



This is the bag I use for work right now and what I carry around. :D Alix found the bag and it was the same set as my wallet! WOO for Chococat! And yes, I do carry the sonic screwdriver with me. I never lose my pen that way!


I bought two yards of blue jersey from the fashion district when Paff and Kie were here in January. :D I cut it sometime February and lined it with some white fleece I had left over.


I didn't line the sleeves though, just the front, back and the hood. It just needs to get colder so I can wear it! XD

Also...

What should I make with this?? I have about a yard and a half of this, I was thinking maybe a short sleeved hoodie, but I'm making something like that with some different fabric. I really want to make a top out of it but I'm not sure what. I love this fabric though. :D

I love the hoodie and it looks so good on you, too! I like the white contrast lining. :o I need to be productive and make something, the house is getting cluttered! XD I feel inspired!

Alix and I are both making something similar to this short sleeved skirted hoodie. (http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/store/product.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302028546&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442173534&bmUID=1219555788396) There was another one that I can't find the picture of, but it had only one longer skirt and there was really cute lace on the ends of it. I have two yards of light blue jersey fabric with guitars, hearts, and wings printed in brown all over it (I so need to take a picture of it, I bought it off of ebay) and I want to make it into that! Feels like it would be too many zip up hoodies though if I use the blue and white fabric to make yet another short sleeved zip up hoodie...

Then again, I was thinking about making this adorable pullover hoodie (http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/store/product.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302028386&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442185180&bmUID=1219556090005) with the blue and white fabric, plus some white jersey I have. I LIKE HOODIES TOO MUCH!

Hoodies suit you, though. I would suggest a short-sleeved pullover hoodie for that fabric. :3

It's jersey, I have such a weakness for cute jersey prints! XD

I will make a hoodie ANYTIME! We just need to go pick out the right fabric! XD It's pretty easy, I just used an existing jacket I had as a pattern. :D
