Monkey Chunky Hunky!

I've been feeling chubby lately so I do want to work out a bit. Of course, if I say that, it means I have to stick to it X_X I'm horrible at sticking to excercising, mostly because I hate it! I hate running, sit-ups, crunches, treadmils, etc etc etc. The only excercise stuff that I enjoy are swimming, martial arts (although I despise sparring after someone nearly broke my nose), and ice skating. I do have access to all three... *rubs chin*

I've been chubby all my life and I've been belittled about it all my life to the point that I'm immune to comments of my chunkyness. But not my monkey-ness. Jean does not desire to feel like a gorilla.

So perhaps it won't be too cold tomorrow so I can go swimming in the twins' pool =D

Martial arts without sparring? O_O But sparring is the real showdown!

Hey, I hate running, too! But I know I have to do it to get where I want to!

I don't like driving, either! But I know I have to do it to get where I want to!

Hazel doesn't like being awake, either! But she knows she has to so she can eat!

Ice skating is a privilege. I always dreamt of being a figure skater, but I can't even hold my balance in skates. O_O

Treadmill is much easier than actually running. Running was what made me lose 19 pounds in one summer. I used to be chubby in high school. Remember no pain no gain!

And no pain means Jean feels comfy =D

Wow I can't imagine you chubby. O_O You sure look great now XD
I always wanted to skate too, but if you weren't raised to be a skater... well it's not real easy to get into. O_O We should all go skating together!! X3

Well, we do have the Pasadena Ice Skating Center. I heard that as long as you take classes, it shouldn't be a problem. I wanted to take lessons at the Irvine Ice Arena (when I attended UCI) but it closed after a two years.

Just say you're big-boned, Jeanie!! ^_^ And remember Mark Twain's wise words of wisdom (ooo...alliteration!):
"Whenever I feel the need to exercise, I lie down until it goes away."
If Mark Twain said it, you know it must be good, right?
