Oct. 1st, 2002 10:04 amStupid art reference there. I hate Design 1. I love the teacher. I love the TA. I love my classmate. But the subject is the devil's spawn.
I did a homework assignment six times over. It's the second to worst in the entire class. Everyone else did at max twice over. I did it six times and still it is the damned worst in the class.
I had to do a gray scale. I brought in the wrong type of paint for the white. It had to be gouche. I brought in acrylic and I was half done til the teacher came around and pointed it out to me. I was ready to start bawling. The teacher was nice and smiled, and remarked, "Bad week, huh?" Then patted me on the head and went along his merry way.
I spent so much fricken money on that class. I can't cut straight. I can't stay inside the friggen lines. Design has to be exact. I tend to go wild and crazy and get friggen dirty over my pieces.
Why the hell do I always seem to be the dirtiest one in class? Why am I always the one who can't cut straight? Why is it that my art pieces look great from a distance but when close up it's covered in finger prints and smudges? Why the hell can't I seem to keep clean? If I had balls, I'd be busting them a thousand times more than any other person in the class and still, I'm in last place.
Stupid me. I must be born with some kind of defective gene that prevents me from being able to stay neat and organized.
