Waaaaiii~~~ relaxing day!
Aug. 31st, 2003 01:49 amWow. Uber relaxing day, something I haven't had in awhile! It felt reeeaaally good!
First off, I woke up at two pm ^^; My jet lag has evolved into insomnia. NOT GOOD so I ended up sleeping in. I had to drop Marla off at Rey's so I drove there, dropped Marla out, ate food, chilled with my honneeey and then went home.
I worked on a new fanfic which I am really excited about! It's coming along really well and I keep getting new ideas of what I can do with it =D I'm really happy with this one. ^o^ But I got stuck at one point because I need lyrics for 'Memories of Life' from Final Fantasy nine and couldn't get online until now, so I couldn't continue with it.
I also crocheted! =D I'm so happy about that, I haven't been doing enough crafty stuff to keep me happy! My aunt's birthday is on Monday so I figured I'd crochet a cellphone cover for it =D It looks great! It's black with a flap that closes over it and has a hand strap. I crocheted a little sea green bow and attachted it. When I go home tomorrow, I'll ask mom for a button so it could be opened and closed easily. I really hope she likes it ^o^ I want to make one for my own cellphone, but I have a carrying case in my purse and backpack so I'm kind of sad that I don't need it. I used my cellphone as a model and I don't want to take it out ^o^;;
It feels funny to be typing on a mac, especially when doing IMs since I have to press the other enter key ^o^; I have to get used to it all over again!
Angelic Layer rocks!! The manga and the anime are very different... more on this on a later entry.
Right now, I am watching Azumanga Daioh XD It's hilarious! My favorite characters are Osaka, Chiyo-chan, and Saraki XD They're so cute!
Let's see... I also played with Delphi. ^_^ Cooked... damn I gotta go grocery shopping soon... but I'm going back to my parents' house to hang with friends and visit with family. And I gotta work on my bills. Boring stuff. Blegh. The stuff I don't look forward to but have to do. =P Rent is also due tomorrow.
All summer... I haven't been able to go to the beach... I really want to go before I have to go back to school! Anyone want to go with me? Maybe make a gathering out of it for next Saturday or something? It'll be fun! We can BBQ, make sand castles, look for sand crabs and go swimming! I really want to go!!!! Someone come with meeee~! =D
