I was thinking about the urges we get to sit down and write pages and pages to a person who probably has enough of those letters to wallpaper the Great Wall of China with... what makes our letter particularly special to that individual? What would we say that hasn't been already said? In all our minds, we are unique and special... and to that other person, we're just another face to forget. I don't know if I would make any sort of impression on these people that I would enjoy meeting and having a chat with... I don't know if they'd remember me after my minute of their attention is done, but I know that I would always cherish it. Even if I'm just another face in the crowd... but at least I'm _there_.
Actually, I probably wouldn't be happy. What I would love to do is to really chat with them, just really talk to them. These people have notarity in their field and they work so hard, it would be completely amazing just to hear what they have to say about anything they have a passion for. Just to talk back and forth and enjoy each other's conversation, as well as finding more depth and meaning from someone I admire would just make my own admiration escalate, as well as give them a deeper respect than the one I already have.

...okay, pretty much anyone involved in LOTR ^^;;; ... I can't help it! The movies are the most splendid pieces of cinematography that I have ever seen in my life!!! I particularly want to meet Sean Astin for his wonderful portrayal of Sam, who I felt was the strongest character in the entire movie.
Akira Toriyama
Yuu Watase (I've already met her once... but I would so love to talk about art with her)
Helie Lee
CLAMP
Megumi Hayashibara
Hikaru Midorikawa
Mark Hildreth
Brad Swaile
...there are many more but it's four in the morning and I'm feeling sleepy XD It's interesting how things hit more profoundly at this time. I was just reading over Ian McKellan's webpage and saw an e-mail list where you could e-mail him questions... but there was no place just for regular fan e-mail. Sean Astin's page had the same thing. I guess it would overload the server with so much e-mail coming from all over the world!
*sigh*
I wonder if they're coming for Comic Con this year. I hope so =) *crosses fingers*
