bluejeans07: (Me- BARROWMAN! *shakes fist*)
Raaawr, this is so frustrating! I've been working out for 40 mins at least every day for the past 2-3 weeks, and I've been walking everywhere due to really high gas prices, and instead of losing weight, I'm GAINING it! After I lost the first 1.5 lbs of water weight, instead of going DOWN, my weight seems to be going UP! What's even more frustrating is that when I didn't work out and sat on my ass all day drawing, my weight would pretty much stay the same. I can't even tell if it's because I'm gaining muscle, which I don't think I'm gaining because none of my measurements seem to be changing.

I was originally resisting on changing my diet too much, I was just being more conscious about how much I ate of what but now it looks like maybe I need to do some drastic changes. Or maybe I need to change my routine. I do 10 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of strength training, then 20 minutes of free running. Maybe I need to do something else... agh. *kicks wii fit*
