I had the same problem! They called Animax and said I'd be dropped by Friday if I didn't pay (it was Wednesday). I called them and complained and had to pay for November - January right there. I never got any mail from them or anything! What BS. Seems like you had postal problems as well... It's gotta be them, not us.
