Figured you knew already or I would have mentioned it... unfortunately Lee-san is coming nowhere near me, but I'm making my friend in NYC go to the signing there. I told her that's what I want for Christmas, a signed "Art of the Two Towers" by Lee.

www.theonering.net had something from late Sept/early Oct mentioning the Tolkien 50 Anniversary parties sponsored by the publisher, as well as the Ted Nasmith and Alan Lee book tours, replete with when and where.
