Getting back into GW fandom is making me want to cosplay Wufei again _O_ Actually, FINISHING my Wufei costume with the white jacket and finally finding a katana type thing to compliment it. And then the Preventer costume comes back to taunt me. It goes "Makee meeee Jeeeeaaaan! You've wanted me ever since the first time you saaaaw meeeeee. You can do oriiiginaaal Preventer cooosplaaaaaaaay as well as Wuuufeeeeeei cosplaaaaaaay. You can weeeaaaar the jaaaaaackeeeeet regulaaarlyyyyyy."

Lyn helped me figure out the fabric I need (sportswear nylon) but I haven't found the perfect pattern yet. There are no athletic patterns aside from sweats and pajamas, what's up with that?! And I want the jacket to be fully lined (something I avoid usually) because I want to be an actual functioning jacket that I can wear. And I want to make the nametags. And I want the patches to be like actual patches *looks at Anne*. And I haven't seen anyone do a Preventers group yet. And we need 2x5 action! *LOOKS at Anne* And I want Lady Une-ordering-us-around-action!! *looks at Paff*

I looked at other attempts of Preventer costumes, they used denim mostly but they ALWAYS leave out the white piping. =( I want mine to be EXACT. I've been collecting reference pics of these outfits for awhile although I have yet to really sketch it out for myself.

It's a good thing I'm going to PCC this summer, that's all I gotta say. Maybe this will be Year of Wufei for my costumes XD

And if Anne could go to AX this year for more GW cosplay, there will be much fondling of Wufei's armbands XD
