This is Jean's top ways to relax, yo! If you want to relax, follow the instructions!

1) After a hard day of work, remove all your make-up and contact lenses.
2) Take a shower. Make sure the water is a bit hot, but not BURNING. You want to RELAX, not boil yourself!
3) Pamper yourself, take your time and use all the nice stuff that's there for washing hair and body. I HIGHLY recommend Herbal Essence Body Wash and a soft poof, it massages sore muscles and makes skin nice aod soooft ^o^ Guys can use it too!
4) When you wash your hair, concentrate on the scalp area and give yourself a thorough massage before you move on to the rest of your hair.
5) Wait a bit before you step out of the shower so the cold doesn't shock you. Dry yourself off with a soft towel and be sure to massage your tired limbs a bit if they still feel sore after the shower.
6) Put on some soft, baggy cotten clothes. Nothing fancy, comfort is our main goal.
7) Get a cold drink and sip it in small sips. Water is good for this, as is juice, but please don't drink soda or milk. Nothing thick, but something nice and easy to swallow. You may want to be sitting down in an easy chair or a sofa, something you can lean back and just relax in.
8) Gets some lotion, something that smells sweet and relaxes you. Massage into your legs and body.
9) Lie down in bed and listen to some soft, soothing music. No rap, country, techno, etc. R&B is okay, Classical music is FANTASTIC, Celtic and Folk music is good for this too. SLOW SONGS ARE EXCELLENT!
10) Sleep. Sleep is GOOD.
