Super Goddess for a Day~

Had an extremely LOVELY birthday today, thank you so much everyone who wished me a happy birthday as well as those who have been keeping me in their thoughts! I have this issue with telling people that it's my birthday... it always feels like I'm demanding something, whether it be attention or presents: GIMME SOMETHING, I WAS BORN ON THIS DAY TWENTY-TWO YEARS AGO. But now, the day is over and it was very very very excellent! I got to see Mandy, Lynleigh, Kie, and Paff, the last two got to meet my mom and my youngest brother for the first time, Mom took us out for really good Chinese food, Daddy and Grandpa called, and I had an entire chatroom AND RP tell me happy birthday, as well as write me drunken porn, and send me two shirtless guy pictures! Very good birthday for Jean.

Productivity wise, it was also a good birthday. I did actual homework that's due Saturday, homework I usually push off to do on Friday, YES I WAS GOOD. I also finally finished ideas for Remus Lupin for Sam, and finally showed him something I wrote. I wasn't actually thinking when I showed him a drabble considering my writing is crap and his writing SHINES with the knowledge of the liberal-arts college within himself, but he laughed (in a good way!) which was absolutely fantastic.

I've also been thinking about my career and my future a lot, I know which way I'm headed now and I know what I need to do to get there. I just have to keep working! The work never ends but at least it's never boring.
