The Day is Looking Up
Jan. 4th, 2008 09:55 amToday had all the possibility of being a rather difficult day so I armed myself with the amusement bringing Scary Trousers t-shirt because at least I can excuse myself to the bathroom, look at my reflection and remember this:
I also added the polar bear hat/muffler because it brings smiles to see a polar bear face on my head, but apparently it brings in fear as well. I already scared the receptionist behind the counter because when I walked in, all she could see was the hat. I can see the headlines now, "Receptionist dials 9-1-1 screaming about a polar bear attack in Van Nuys animation studio only to discover that it's the PA wearing a weird hat."
Still, I'm having a relatively good morning so far, traffic wasn't heavy, I got to work fairly early, got a good parking spot, and scared the receptionist. Woo!
