The Ball's in Motion

bluejeans07I had actually been dreading going back to Pasadena after my weekend because everything was going to be on OPPOSITE PLANET and so many changes are happening. But it's not too bad now, I was worried what I was going to be doing with myself especially since Lyn was moving and suddenly, I had no roommate lined up due to unfortunate circumstances... but I have a Plan. I have made a List and a Schedule. I have begun Packing up the Living Room. The Pink Pad is sadly being Dismantled.
It was a blast living with Lyn for these past two years, the two of us went from acquantances to really close friends and I'm sad to see her go but happy for her at the same time. As for me, after the roommate lined up for me had to cancel, I was in a panic because I didn't know what I was going to do next. Now, I have a PLAN and I am currently apartment hunting for a studio or a one bedroom. I personally don't want to live with a perfect stranger and after the way Lyn and I hit it off, I know I'm going to be comparing the poor person to her... and really, I doubt anyone can compare to how wonderful a roommate Lyn was. It says a lot that WE NEVER FOUGHT and always got along and were there for each other.
I can make it on my own as well so I'm actually excited in a way to establish the "Jean Pad for Lack of a Better Name" or if we're going for acryonmns, the "J.P.L.O.A.B.N." Yeah. I have a meeting set up for a potential apartment for tomorrow at noon and Lyn said she'd go with me to check it out. Woot. So, at the risk of sounding like Kimber and Stormer, "I'm okay!" I'm fully armed with a pencil and a Tsubasa Chronicle notebook, my laptop is fully charged, my roommate is supportive, and best of all, I have my parents' blessings for my Ninmu. Not even Batman porn-that's-so-not-fanart can stop me now! CHAAAAAAAAARGE!
