bluejeans07Anyone who knows me knows that I <3's k-pop! But lately, the k-pop scene has been really... dull.
Seches Kies broke up.
H.O.T. broke up.
Roora broke up.
Shinhwa lost a member. And they ugly-fied my fave guy singer. XP
Yoo Seung Joon is evading the army so he's in L.A.
Baek Ji Young had this huge scandal so she doesn't appear on TV.
A lot of the groups and singles that come on are new ones. A lot of the new groups and singles SUCK. There are a few exceptions, like Brown Eyes. But then, even they refuse to come out into the open because they're determined to become music stars, not TV stars (as a K-pop singer, you do a whole buncha dance routines on TV). So they keep playing their music video. Over. And over. And over. VERY BORING AFTER A WHILE.
*sigh*
I'm starting to really like S.E.S. songs! I'm so going to get their album XD the Anti-S.E.S. has reached the light.
