General WAAH, RP, and HiH thoughts, cut for non-members and people who don't care~

So I'm limiting my RP participation for this week because of mid-terms. I've been lazy for a good chunk of this term mostly because I'm in dire need of a break, so I end up retreating into the RP. THIS IS NOT GOOD! I need to bring my grade up, I've been careless and I'm paying for it, so I'm pretty much going to be seeking artistic hermitage until next week... hopefully. If I agreed to plot with you, I'm sorry and thanks for being patient.

My general thoughts of what's happening with HiH is this: WHAT?! Now, I'm not a mod, I don't even participate a whole lot, I only joined HiH due to peer pressure and some pushing from Rachel and Mandy, damn them both =P However, I do have a good time playing NP and I love playing Amaury and interacting with everyone, as well as the creative outlet I've been given for fun artwork, drabbles, and fics. I want to keep playing and I would like to STAY in HiH. HOWEVER, THERE HAVE BEEN 3 MAJOR SPATS SINCE I HAD JOINED. Right at the beginning of my involvement with NP, there was the Rebel Hogwarts, then there were People Leaving, and then Death of James. I'm sorry, BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS. This is as stupid as cosplay drama, where people cry and wail over people 'copying' each other over costumes!

I dislike stupid drama, which I am seeing too much of in HiH. I have no hesitations with cutting and running. AND I JUST JOINED NOT TOO LONG AGO. IF A NOOB FEELS THIS WAY ABOUT SOMETHING THEY JUST JOINED, IT IS A PROBLEM!

I disagree with some of the appointments made for mods. I think they were the wrong choices because these people have made mistakes and show disregard for the rules despite knowing what they are. Also, how much sense does it make when you give someone a position of power RIGHT AFTER they made these mistakes? What punishment I've seen for their actions WAS TAKEN AWAY RIGHT AFTER IT WAS GIVEN. This makes me think that this community is a pushover or it shows favoritism. AND YES, I'M SAYING THIS EVEN THOUGH I DON'T KNOW THE WHOLE STORY. Think about it, the mods and officials are A SMALL MINORITY, HIH IS BLOODY HUGE! I am most likely not alone in my opinion, I'm just a blunt person and I really don't think I have a whole lot to lose by expressing my opinion.

I have NO ISSUES with these people, I've RPed with them, I do like them, I've had fun with them. But I'm sure that there are better choices or if they weren't, there should've been MORE TIME for these lessons to sink in as well as SHOWN THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT IF YOU BREAK THE RULES, YOU'RE GOING TO GET PUNISHED. This is only showing me that I could do something completely against the rules with my character and nothing bad will happen to me!

I'm not going to be replying to any replies in this post, anyone is free to leave their argument here, but I have said my piece. *flies away to class*

actually, it's more stupid than cosplay drama, because there's no physical property or real material of any sort to be making drama over @_@ Essentially, they're causing drama over their imaginations.
