Revenge of the Crafty Goodness

First off: CONGRATS TO ANNE FOR GAINING JOBNESS!

And thank you to everyone who offered me congrats on my internship in my last entry! :D

To celebrate, I indulged in more crafty goodness: I made a purse for myself out of some blue camo and fishie kimono fabric I got from Kie and Paff's Land o' Scraps. I used up all the camo but the there's still a nicely sized chunk of the fishie fabric I may make into a top.






Bag filled with all of my things: wallet, cellphone, small sketchbook and pencil bag!


Bag empty with to show the pockets for small pens, cellphone, and the ever important 'emergency pocket'!

I made mine smaller and used buttons for the front flap. Area around parents' house is more than a bit lame, no decent fabric or craft stores around here.

Thanks!! The fishie on the front is actually a fishie from the lining fabric, I just cut out a pice and sewed it on to tie the outside in with the inside. :D
