Yeah, Yeah, Another Jean Loves Work Post

So yesterday was "Jean Continually Runs into the Creators of Avatar Day". It can pretty much be summed up as:

1. Jean goes into main kitchen to eat lunch and finds Avatar people hogging the tables. Jean doesn't care and sits in the table closest to Avatar creators and eavesdrops on conversation. They talk about Japanese history. Jean mentally fangirls while eating fried rice and watching Timon and Pumbaa playing on the TV.

2. Jean goes up to Avatar floor to stare at pretty artwork and go bother Greg. Greg is now Friend of Jean who takes footage of all the martial arts stuff. Greg= Awesome because Greg show Jean lots of nifty shots of Man Kicking Ass. The Non-Bald creator comes in and gives Greg a HUGE box of cookies and a gift bucket of milk. Jean says hi. Non-Bald creator says hi. Second Contact has been made (First Contact came from Jean staring at the Fan Art Wall and Not-Bald creator walking past. He said HI first.)

Today was "Day of Extreme Amounts of Free Food."

1. Every morning, there's bagels, muffins, pastries, and donuts. And fresh fruit. Today, Jean had a chocolate croissant. It was veeeeery good.

2. Random Free Pizza Day! Jean stuffs self full of pizza. Then eats part of double chocolate chip muffin to get rid of onion breath.

3. RANDOM FREE BEN AND JERRY'S ICE CREAM. Jean joins supervisors, managers, and others for more chocolately goodness. Jean is very stuffed at this point and starts suffering from a huge dose of Food Coma.

4. Screening for short animations. Jean gets off work half an hour early to watch cartoons. AWESOME. There is EVEN MORE FREE FOOD. Alas, Jean is so full, she cannot even go near food. Cartoons were fun though! :D

Apparently, Fridays used to be Free Food Day back when the studio was first made. Alas, they got rid of it. Woe. ;_; Once again, this place rocks, must find permanent job here, Jean loves supervisors and Super Gay Boss, etc. etc. etc.

Yeah, Fridays are Free Food (or rather, Snack) Day at SSSS. Only they just feed us during the afternoon break. And if you're not around for afternoon break on Fridays? No free food :( And on the last Friday of the month it's free lunch day! And they're no longer doing just El Pollo Loco! There's other food too! Including SUPER AWESOME PIZZA.

...and I get none of it, as lunch is 12:15-1, and Mandy has classes on Fridays this quarter until 12 T.T SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADNESS T.T

I couldn't go near the finger food at the screening ;_; They had mozerella sticks and everything!
