bluejeans07Despite being crazily busy, I ended up going to my parents' house this weekend because of a birthday party for my uncle (which I might skip on the account being crazily busy). Anyway, Mom and I happened to be talking about movies in front of Dad and I mention that I was interested in seeing 300. Mom gets really excited about this because the little elderly ladies that go to swimming class with Mom and the Korean Housewives Club was telling all who would hear to go see 300 and she wanted to know what the hell the movie was about!
In between bouts of hysterical laughter, I managed to explain certain details about the Battle of Thermopylae, Frank Miller, and the fact that there are 300 beefy men charging to battle wearing helmets, red capes and leather codpieces. I think the Korean Housewives Club are going to arrange a group movie trip to see it. All I gotta say is that I've always known Spartans to be freaking hot, all buff and bronze from naked sports and pederasty... *snickle*
