After whining about how I wanted to take new photos, I realized that I had a bunch of photos that I had to edit and upload. XD Anyway, all of my photos that I've taken are now happily online on various accounts. In lieu of actually writing out EVERYTHING that happened, I'll just post some photos. Actually, the photos are all from the first and second days of the convention because I forgot my camera charger. XD I do have some cellphone pics that I'll eventually post up in a later entry... I just don't really know when... *sheepish*

Ah, Comic Con. No where else will you be able to get a shot with both the Black Pearl and Jabba the Hut together!

The Black Pearl was the coolest display at Comic Con, it was actually a little walk through and display where the costumes for the main characters were displayed! They were BEAUTIFUL costumes and I was so glad I had a chance to see them! They even gave out bandannas at the end that were printed with the flags of pirates from other countries.

And no Comic Con is complete without a shot of Neil Gaiman, who was a lovely person and very kindly signed my copy of 'Good Omens'. He treated me like a long lost friend once I told him we had a mutual friend in common. :D And partly because of him, I became a proud member of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund!

Amazing Pirates cosplayers. Seriously, they were jaw-droppingly awesome. I wish I got a better picture but by then camera was begging me to let it die.

My pallies! The best Kie and Paff and Wayne and Pikminlink's Brother in the world! I think we finally found a photo where Wayne was actually looking at the camera! :D

Oh noes! Wayne passed the 'don't look at the camera' disease to Paff!

Nymphadora Tonks! I want this one quite badly. However, I am irked that they did not have a REMUS one to go with it! :(

This was actually pretty cool. I wish I got a closer look at these two figures duking it out. Harry's figurine was kind of strange looking but Voldemort was sculpted beautifully.

I honestly wish these photos were better, they don't do the artwork justice and that stupid metal fence got in the way. They honestly didn't really NEED the metal fence, the artwork was hung high and away from sweaty fan-hands anyway and well guarded by a platform of Heroes cheerleaders and booth people. If anything, the cheerleaders need to watch out for sweaty fan-hands more than the artwork!

I ended up helping out EAA with their booth and they gave me an exhibitor's pass for the very last day, which mean I got to go in before the attendees did! I swung by to see the Heroes booth, practically skipping at the thought of having a good, clear view of the artwork without anyone else there, when I realized that I and 150,000 other people had been standing on exploding New York without realizing it. Whipped out the cellphone and took a photo. It's too cool to resize.
