bluejeans07I uploaded the first completed painting from Pasadena Art Night! Basically, I just took a sketch of one of the Victorian models that I did, cleaned it up, then painted over it. I'm trying to paint a lot neater than I have done in the past, really focus on colors and shapes. I'm pretty pleased with it so far :D
Also, I bought the materials for my Hiro jacket today! I'm planning on just making the jacket and the tie, then borrowing a shirt from my dad or my brother, and my mom's black slacks. :D Basically, I'm going to make the jacket out of a turtleneck that I found at the Salvation Army for 89 cents and some trim for the decorations. I have to put a zipper in it as well, put in pockets, and shorten it so that it fits me a lot better since it's a man's turtleneck and I don't have a man's height. XD I think this will turn out well.
I also bought a plastic katana. My brother laughed at me... but he's not laughing anymore. Heh heh heh! >:D
