The days post Con need to be spent doing nothing. At work, I am like this: @_@

I do get work done though thankfully but it's all spent looking like this: @_@

I've also been loafinating after work, basically I go home flop onto the bed or onto the couch with my lappy and some comic books (I read all my Fumi Yoshinaga, now I'm reading through the Hellblazers). No pressing deadlines or anything for my own stuff although that may be starting up again soon. Loafing is fun but then I go to bed feeling that I didn't accomplish anything. XD I could always start sewing my clothes again, I do have pieces for a fleece lined hoodie cut out that I could finally sew together. There's also the cute, short sleeved skirted hoodie I want to make. And some fabrics from Michael Levine that I bought with Kie and Paff early this year...

OH SPEAKING OF KIE AND PAFF.

We tried to meet up at the con on Saturday because we all MISSRS EACH OTHER and in the end WE LITERALLY MISSED EACH OTHER. It was a long game of phone-and-location tag till we all finally gave up. D: *cries* They had to prepare for the Masq and I was going to see if I could get into the Mythbusters panel. I did watch the skit though later, KIRBY FOR THE WIN! XD

I could also slowly get started on designing and gathering pieces for Halloween: Ilana and I decided to go STEAMPUNK this year!! I'm trying to decide what I want to do, I might be an aviator-esque girl because I like the flight hat and goggles while Ilana's going to be a crazy steampunk magician/aristocrat. Should be fun! :D

ALSO!!! Does anyone want to go see Wicked with me?? This is the last summer that it's going to be in Hollywood and I haven't seen it yet. I want to go!

"Steampunk"...the new "Pirate" hahaha. On the other note though, steampunk is fun because your creativity can go nuts. I'm suprised you didn't hop on this long ago with you facination with moving parts of things.

I've been into it for a bit, mostly seeing stuff in anime, but it really came out when my friend started writing a steampunk inspired novella and I did a few drawings and character designs for it. :D

Want to join in? We could go do a photoshoot at the Edison!
