George keeps shutting down. :( I think I have to take him to the Apple store. This is such bad timing because I need to print stuff off of George soon for Gallifrey! Gah, this is going to be slightly insane.

I wonder if I should get a new computer entirely. I've been wanting a desktop for awhile, but I realized recently how much I like having a laptop and be able to use it all over the house. The Mac Book Pro costs the same as a Mac Pro anyway. I like that the Mac Book Pro also has a 17" screen so that it's nice and BIG and I'll have more screen space for digital and painting and such. I also want a 20" cintiq but we'll see if I ever get that. I'll just enjoy the one at work for now. *nuzzles Tiki the Cintiq*

*sigh* Everything is so expensive. D:

Tell me about it. I have the crappy work laptop and already feel weird without it. I need desktop power with laptop mobility ( and a huge budget )

My dad and I struck up a deal, he's going to buy my laptop off of me and pay for repairs and I'm getting a new laptop. :D Expensive, but probably worth it.

Have you tried reinstalling the system?.. the problem might not be that deep.

If you're gonna get a new MacBook, I'd wait until like those back to school times (around fall or whatnot). When I got mine, they were giving away a free iPod nano if you bought a MacBook (reg or pro) so yeah =X lol. I mean I'm pretty sure it was because they were coming out with a new redesign of the nano so they were trying to get rid of the old ones but hey, it's a nice free item to have.

The problem is is that I need to make prints of some of my paintings for an art show next Saturday. I WOULD wait but I don't have time to since I need those prints. :X
