Today, I went on an Adventur! Well... no, not really. I just went to the Japanese grocery store to buy food to make dinner for Mom's birthday (which will be its own photo post because I want to be like
copperbadge and
amand_r). But it's kind of like an adventur! Besides, I saw a panda. No really.
Nijiya Market is in a little outdoor shopping center that has a lot of cute, very distracting stores.

Asahiya Bookstore being one of them. I love this bookstore way too much. They have CDs, DVDs, calendars, adorable stationary things...

...LARGE AMOUNTS OF MANGA...

...and very interesting magazines with my favorite Jpop boy band members naked on the cover.

There's also Curry House which makes delicious curry. Om nom nom!

And Max Karaoke, my favorite karaoke place ever. :D

NOM NOM NOM BEARD PAPAS NOMS. They sell cream puffs <3

Japanese clothing store that's filled with adorable Japanese clothing. SO MUCH PINK.
Oh wait... I was supposed to be doing something here...

Oh yeah, GROCERY STORE!

Mochiii! Sadly, they did not have my favorite strawberry daifuku. :(

JAPANESE CAAANDDDYYYY! Sadly, I am on a diet. :(

My shopping basket containing: 1 bottle of jasmine green tea, 1 bottle of apple vinegar, 2 Japanese cucumbers, 3 large pieces of tuna sashimi. SUCCESS!

As I was driving home, a panda tried to persuade me to buy ugly sushi. I WAS VERY TEMPTED BUT I DO NOT SUCCUMB TO PEER PRESSURE FROM ADORABLE ANIMALS.

My grocery store bag also has a panda! THANKS ILANA :D

SHOPPING SUCCESS! I had to go by Ralphs to get tomatoes, a lime and a tube of wasabi (mom called me while I was almost to my car that was a block away from Nijiya that we were out). And yes, I bought the magazine.
