Whenever I try updating my LJ, something seems to happen X_X From it getting deleted or to me being dragged off somewhere with my family X_X;

Two days ago, my cousins, bros, aunt, and I went bowling. Haha! I have conquered the Tonberry 13 and got 60 points!! W000t!! My aunt had a more frustrating time though, she's an awesome bowler and would've gotten strikes every time she went up, but there was always ONE pin that refused to fall. XD Poor auntie. Earlier that day, we had gone to a museum and a house which a very wise philospher had lived in. The museum was kind of boring, I had seen a lot of the stuff in other museums in Korea, but the building itself was interesting. It was as very old elementary school building, one of the oldest in Korea and had bullet holes from the Korean War. The house was pretty cool, or houses. The property beautiful *_*

The next day, my cousin Sarah and I went shopping at this large mall called the Galleria, but we couldn't really buy anything aside a birthday gift for our grandmother since everything was hella expensive and mom warned me not to spend money until we got to the capital. That night, we had grandma's birthday party. Mom cooked a huge meal and we stuffed ourselves. My cousins, bros, and I went karaoke afterwards. Needless to say, the place sucked since you couldn't adjust the volume OR the echo. There were a good variety of recent songs in Korean, English, and Japanese. My cousins are both J-pop fans and sang a few of the songs with me, surprised that I enjoyed J-pop as much as they did. Sarah is also a big J-rock fan and LOVES Malice Mizer and Avril Lavine. In a way, she grew up but in many ways, she did not X_X

Today, we went hiking X_X My uncle drove the entire family except my grandmother to the outskirts of the city to this HUGE mountain. We road a cable car about 1/2 up the mountain and had to hike up the rest of the way. I went about halfway (which was about 1/2 walk), which involved a looong red metal bridge over a VERY DEEP canyon and a loooong climb up red metal stairs with NO GROUND FOR MILES underneath it, but the altitude really bothered me to the point of nearly vomiting over the railing. Imagine hitting the poor tourists X_X; So, I, my parents, brother, uncle, and youngest cousin called it quits and went down while everyone else hiked to the top, another half hours worth of climbing over steep rocks and sliding through dirt.

We stopped at this intersection where some people sold water, beverages, and other things to tired tourists and rested until the rest of the family came down from the top of the mountain. There was the CUTEST puppy there who belonged to one of the people selling stuff and would come over, wagging its little tail. His name was 'Torltori' and I got to play with him and take his picture. Apparently, his mom was also there, but hid out by the stinky restrooms, scaring my youngest cousin half to death when she went XD

We got home after a quick detour and I was about to update LJ, when my mother dragged me off to another restaurant to eat dinner with her friend and her family. They have a son and daughter around my age and I was seated close to them at another table, but because of the meat frying and the noisy air conditioner, I couldn't hear anything. So I just helped Timmy get some meat and food, and after I was done, I read 'Mists of Avalon'. I got scolded for it later, but what else could I do? We couldn't hear each other enough to talk anyway =P I've already finished 'Magic's Price' and I'm almost done with 'Mists' since I spent nearly all day yesterday reading it XD I'm on page 779 out of 876. Awesome book, totally love it, and I want to slap Gueneviere. <= reaction that my friends warned me about

Anyway, I'm about to be dragged away from the computer again because my mother's friend and her family came over so I'm being forced to be 'social'. Mom's look pretty much told me to leave 'Mists' downstairs so I can't read it ;_;
